At the heart of my work is wholeness. It is the anchor that holds everything. From there, wellbeing forms the root system that sustains leadership and life, and feeling is the trunk that carries truth into expression.
This is not a one-size-fits-all coaching program or a course of therapy. It is mentorship, shaped by my training in counseling and coaching yet moving beyond them, creating a container that is relational, strategic, and deeply personal. I lead with wellbeing strategy, supported by experience in guiding teams, developing leaders, and walking alongside organizations. Together, these roots allow me to hold mentorship that is emotionally attuned, strategically grounded, and rooted in care.
From there, we tend to the branches of leadership. This includes how you move through transitions and grief, how you build and sustain relationships, how you grow in your leadership, and how you steward work that matters.
I walk alongside leaders whose influence is not defined by a title but by the way they help others heal, learn, and grow. And your wellbeing is not a luxury. It is the foundation that allows your wholeness to lead.
Every season of leadership asks something different.
That is why I offer three distinct journeys. Each one is complete on its own and designed to meet you right where you are. You do not have to begin with ROOT in order to move into RISE or REIMAGINE. While the journeys naturally build on one another, you can enter at any point and still receive the benefits of the others. And you are not obligated to do more than one. Together, we will discern which path best serves your season of leadership.
Honor Your Season Of Leadership
At a glance:
ROOT is a three-month journey to restore your foundation through rest, truth-telling, and reconnection.
RISE is a six-month journey to embody your presence and realign leadership with your true voice.
REIMAGINE is a nine-month journey to vision forward with desire and integrate rhythms that sustain growth.
Root: Ground and Root (3 months)
This journey is for you if you are carrying more than anyone can see. Outwardly, you appear steady. Inwardly, you may feel weary, stretched thin, or unsure how much longer you can keep going.
In ROOT, you will pause long enough to let urgency soften and your body begin to exhale. You will name truths you have carried quietly, including grief, anger, or silence, and honor them as part of your wholeness. You will reconnect with your center, remembering who you are beyond performance.
You will leave with a steadier baseline, clarity about what’s real, and the grounding to move forward without abandoning yourself.
Qualities cultivated: Groundedness and Honesty
Rise: Return and Embody (6 months)
This journey is for you if you are ready to come home to your voice and stop performing strength. You may feel the gap between how others see you as capable, reliable, and steady, and how you feel inside, muted, hidden, or longing to be more fully yourself.
In RISE, you will return to joy, desire, and longing, letting them guide you back beyond survival. You will practice embodying your truth in real time, aligning your words, choices, and presence with your felt sense. You will begin to imagine new ways of leading and living that feel expansive and congruent.
You will leave with a clearer inner compass, congruence between what you feel and how you lead, and the courage to show up whole.

Reimagine: Imagine and Integrate (9 months)
This journey is for you if you are stepping into what is next, whether a new chapter, a new vision, or a new way of leading and living. You want it to last.
In REIMAGINE, you will create from desire rather than demand, visioning forward with joy and discernment. You will ground that vision into daily rhythms, boundaries, and practices that sustain your growth over time.
You will leave with a vision rooted in your wholeness, rhythms that sustain it, and the confidence that your leadership can expand without self-abandonment.
